Each Safe carries a limited lifetime warranty. If a Safe has had a forced entry or fire, the Safe will be replaced or repaired  free of charge provided the insurance company denies claim. Return damaged safe, prepaid freight, with a timely police report and denial of claim from the insurance company, and the Safe will either be repaired or replaced  and it will be shipped it back to you F.O.B. Fort Wayne IN.

This warranty does not apply if the safe has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, flood, acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil disorders or other causes beyond our control.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. No Safe dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

United Merchandising nor any of is agents or employees are responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, or under any other legal theory including lost profits, goodwill, damage to or replacement of merchandise and property stored in or contained within the safe.
