More information you should know about the delivery.

The carrier will bring your safe with a lift gate to your house (or business if you prefer) and under normal circumstances they will help you take it into the garage. They do deliver on Saturdays but will charge you a hefty fee to do so, some where around $260.00 and I have never seen them deliver on Sundays.

99% of the time the delivery goes very smooth. When they call confirm the delivery situation with them, let them know whether or not you will need a lift gate service (they all have been instructed to provide this service but it is a good idea to confirm it). For example if it is being delivered to your place of business and you have a dock there let them know. Good communication always helps prevent problems.

Remember that as a option you can always pick up the safe at the local terminal. They help load it on your truck or trailer. I have even put them inside my Explore before.

On occasion it takes the terminal extra time to find a truck with a lift gate on it, with the tracking number I provide, you will be able to get the local contact information and thru this you can always communicate with them directly.

The trucking company is instructed to call you with delivery time do not count on it. You can always give them a call to confirm it.  They are not real flexible when it comes to the delivery time, they drive big trucks and have lots of pickups and deliveries throughout the day. Some times with traffic or difficult deliveries they get behind on there time schedule, remember that they serve mostly businesses and they have a wide time frame to receive deliveries.

Inside deliveries are pretty much dependant on the individual terminal. If you would like this service at an extra fee let me know and I will get you a contact number for you to receive a quote and make the arrangements, I will pay for the delivery to the terminal or your home (per our sale agreement) and at that point you will pay the trucking company for the extra service directly.

If the safe comes damaged you always have the option to refuse it. At that point there will be no charge to you to return it. If you accept it (remember it comes fully insured) you will have to make a claim with the shipper. As long as you make a note on the paperwork you sign for delivery acceptance there will never be a charge to return it if you decide and It will be covered under the insurance. You can also make a partial claim.
